Group building activities of Wuyue company
On the occasion of the National Day, Wuyue Company organized a two-day Xinglongshan group building activity. It aims to enrich employees' spare time, further strengthen team cohesion and enhance teamwork and communication skills.
All members of the event were divided into four groups according to color: yellow, green, pink and silver. Various forms of group building activities have been established. There are projects such as climbing, skipping, drumming, passing, crossing, etc. that require team members to communicate and collaborate together. During the event, all the members of the team, under the leadership of the team leader, actively cooperated and offered suggestions, and successfully completed the tasks assigned by the instructors.
This group building activity strengthened the communication and collaboration between employees, and also let everyone deeply understand that the strength of a person is limited, and the strength of a team is indestructible. The success of the team requires the joint efforts of each of our members. As the saying goes, monofilament is not in line, and the wood is not a forest. There are various roles in a team, and everyone is looking for their own position, because there is no perfect individual, only the perfect team!
At the end of the group building activities, all members formed the word "five mountains" in herringbone. At this time, everyone is more deeply aware of the meaning of the Five Sacred Mountains and the mission of being a Wuyue.
