According to the spirit of the National Railway Scale Metering Station "Notice on Conducting Technical Checks for Railway Tracks Checking" (Guo Heng Ji [2019] No. 2), on June 18, 2019, the inspection group consisting of Duan Xiaojun and Hou Xiulin was on the National Railway Scale Metrology Station in Shanghai.
