9 Sets of Ladle Turret Weighing System

In the middle of May in 2019, our company completed the installation of the 250 ton liquid level meter project of Tianjin Rongcheng United Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd.After nearly two months of hard work, the department staff completed the installation and calibration of 9 sets of liquid level meters of "one can to the end" liquid level meter project through hard work, coordination and implementation of site work, and the equipment status and measurement results were recognized by users.
At present, 9 sets of liquid level gauges have been put into service in the production of Tianjin Rongcheng Steel Company, providing effective data support for the control and statistics of raw materials and output.This is another level gauge project after No. 4 blast furnace, which is different from the previous one by adopting the basic and frame weighing structure.This method has greatly improved the accuracy and stability of the metering process. Combined with the characteristics and process mode of the blast furnace. it has solved the timeliness of the molten iron quantity and reasonable and effective control of the iron discharging process. At the same time, our company's technical staff, after a long time of observation and exploration on the site, upgraded and improved the control process and acquisition part of the original process, making the liquid level gauge equipment more stable, efficient and accurate.





 
In a long period of time after that, our company will also effectively strengthen and target the after-sales service of liquid level gauge, through continuous research and development and technical innovation, reasonable technical process improvement and product technology promotion.We believe that there will be more products and technologies suitable for customers' various requirements. It has a place in the flow control of metallurgical field and contributes to the cost-centered control thinking of customers.
